Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service listed below.
1. Commissions are for personal use only. They may not be used for profit.2. I own all rights to the work I create. I may use it for self-promotion purposes unless I'm told to keep it private.3. Putting any work I create into any AI generation or learning program is not allowed. Using my work as a NFT(s) is also not allowed.4. I am allowed to decline a commission I these categories I'm not suited for: Humans, Hateful Imagery, or extreme fetish content.5. Allow for at least a 1-2 months for a piece to be completed.6. Payment is only through PayPal or Ko-Fi only.7. Payment should be made in full before I start on the commission.8. Refunding is allowed but the amount of work completed will determine the amount refunded.9. Artwork made is sent to you through email under a PNG format and does not come in a physical product.
